Submission

Papers and Presentations

  • Prospective authors are invited to submit an extended abstract in English (PDF format) that clearly describes the problem definition, methodology, and expected or obtained results. The abstract should include figures and tables as appropriate and must not exceed two pages.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by members of the International Scientific Committee (ISC). Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to submit a full paper (two to six pages).

As an option for authors who wish to publish their research in a peer-reviewed journal, the AVEC full paper may be submitted to the International Journal of Automotive Engineering (IJAE), which is indexed in Scopus and published by JSAE (online access). The process from acceptance to online publication usually takes about four to seven months. In this case, the authors should submit the short version of full paper (two pages) for publication in the AVEC’26 Proceedings.

  • AVEC ’26 proceedings will be published from JSAE as a serial publication with ISSN. Open access of AVEC Proceedings on J-STAGE will be available to make AVEC papers publicly accessible. The presentation at AVEC’26 is 25 minutes including Q&A.

  • Outstanding papers selected by the ISC members will be invited to publish their research in Vehicle System Dynamics (VSD) or the International Journal of Automotive Engineering (IJAE). Further instructions for authors will be provided after the notification of acceptance.
