Papers and Presentations

Prospective authors are requested to submit an extended abstract in English in PDF format, describing the problem definition, method, and results expected or obtained. This should include figures and tables and is limited to 2 pages.

The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee (ISC) members. Successful authors will be required to submit a full paper (4 to 6 pages). AVEC ’26 proceedings will be published from JSAE as a serial publication with ISSN. The presentation at AVEC’26 is 25 minutes including Q&A.

Outstanding papers selected by ISC members will be invited to publish their research works in Vehicle System Dynamics (VSD) or International Journal of Automotive Engineering (IJAE). Further instructions for the authors will be announced after the notification of acceptance.

Awards will be made for the best papers in each of the significant categories of the symposium, judged by a panel of the AVEC international scientific committee.
